The Fume Exhaust Blower is made of special alloy steel and can operate stably in the extreme temperature range of 20~850℃. Secondly, the core components use high-temperature resistant ceramic coating technology, which can still maintain an operating efficiency of more than 95% in a high temperature environment of 600℃.

 

Wide Range of Air Volume Adjustment Capability
The air volume covers a wide range of 1000~300000 m³/h, and variable frequency adjustment technology is used to accurately control the air volume output according to actual needs.

 

Excellent Pressure Performance
The working pressure range of our products is 1000~8000Pa. The impeller is optimized by CFD fluid mechanics and the efficiency reaches a peak of 92% at the pressure point of 5000Pa.

 

High-efficiency and Energy-saving Power System
Our motor power is optional from 3~900KW, all of which adopt the IE4 ultra-high energy efficiency standard. The 900KW high-power model is equipped with an intelligent power adjustment module, and the actual energy saving effect is 18% higher than that of traditional models.
