The Direct Drive Fan use permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive technology, with a transmission efficiency of 98%, which is 15-20% more energy-efficient than traditional belt drive systems.

 

Accurate Speed Control Capability
Our products are equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system, with a speed control accuracy of ±1 RPM. Through a closed-loop control system, the air volume can be precisely adjusted within a pressure range of 500-25000Pa, with a response time of less than 0.5 seconds, which is 3 times faster than a mechanical speed regulation system.

 

Wide Temperature Range Stability
Our products use a high-temperature resistant motor design, with an insulation grade of H (180°C), and with a 0-200mm adjustable insulation layer, they can operate continuously at ambient temperatures of 20°C to 600°C.
