The High Temperature Dust Collection Fans are designed for efficient extraction of high-temperature dusty gases and are widely used in kilns, smelting, power, chemical, and other industrial fields.

 

Features

Strong Air Volume
The machine adopts a backward-inclined centrifugal impeller design with a larger blade curvature and a higher inlet cross-section. The air volume range can reach 3000-100000 m³/h, which can effectively handle high-concentration dust environments.

 

Reliable Temperature Resistance
The dust collection fan is made of 310S high-temperature stainless steel and is treated with a high-temperature solid solution to ensure continuous operation at 850°C without deformation or oxidation.

 

High-efficiency Heat Insulation
The external configuration of the casing adopts a double-layer steel plate sandwich structure, with 100-250 mm high-density rock wool filled in the middle. At the same time, the bearing area adopts an independent air cooling channel to greatly reduce the temperature rise of the motor and bearings, avoiding problems such as overheating and burning.

 

Low Noise
The High Temperature Dust Collection Fan adopts a high-precision impeller with a dynamic balance level of G4.0 and a reinforced rib base structure. The vibration amplitude during operation is less than 4.5 mm/s, and the noise is controlled within 85 dB(A).
