The Aluminum Alloy Plug Fan is centrifugal fans designed to be mounted directly to the wall or duct of an air handling system such as an air handling unit (AHU) or plenum.

Anti-corrosion Performance
The surface of Aluminum Alloy Plug Fan is anodized, with a film thickness of 25μm and a hardness of HV800. In the salt spray test, no red rust was produced for 500 hours, and the corrosion resistance is 10 times that of ordinary carbon steel.

 

Efficient Aerodynamic Performance
Our product adopts a backward airfoil blade design, which is optimized by CFD fluid mechanics. The efficiency reaches 85% under standard working conditions, which is 12% higher than that of ordinary forward blade fans.

 

High Efficiency and Low Noise
The impeller adopts a backward-inclined or backward-bent aerodynamic optimization structure. It maintains high-efficiency operation in the air volume range of 1000m³/h to 50000m³/h and the static pressure range of 300Pa to 2500Pa, and the static pressure efficiency of the whole machine can reach more than 70%.
