1. When selecting lubricating oil, more consideration should be given to load factors (load refers to the two ranges of static and dynamic loads indirectly experienced by the fan bearings).
2. When selecting lubricating oil, it is necessary to follow the measurement of the unevenness of the bearing task conditions to ensure proper matching. If the measured conditions are low, lubricating oil with low viscosity and low pour point should be selected; When the condition measurement is high, lubricating oil with high viscosity and flash point should be selected.
3. In a solid lubricant environment, the higher the viscosity of the lubricant, the greater its load-bearing capacity. Therefore, when selecting lubricating oil, lubricating oil with good resistance to extreme pressure should be chosen.
4. Centrifugal fans should use lubricating oil that has resistance to the medium. For example, some extended media have special requirements for lubricating oil: first, the task and environmental conditions of the fan should be considered to meet the operational needs of the fan; second, suitable types of lubricating oil should be selected.
5. Centrifugal fans collectively adopt continuous lubrication, and lubricating oil with low viscosity, stable oxidation resistance, good solidity, rust prevention, and anti foaming should be selected.
