We optimize the blade angle (usually 20°~35°) and streamlined profile to ensure smooth airflow and reduce turbulence loss. In the air volume range of 1000~400,000 m³/h, the efficiency can reach more than 85%, which is 10%~15% more energy-saving than ordinary axial flow fans. This is very suitable for large space ventilation needs such as large factories and underground projects.
High Static Pressure Performance
The Carbon Steel Axial Flow Fan Impeller use precision stamping or welding technology to ensure that the blades and the hub fit tightly, and can still maintain stable operation within the pressure range of 1000~25,000 Pa.
