Excellent High-pressure Performance
The High Pressure Centrifugal Fan adopt a multi-stage impeller series design, with a single-stage pressure increase of up to 8000Pa and a maximum working pressure of 25000Pa for three-stage series. The impeller is precisely dynamically balanced and calibrated, and the vibration value is controlled within 2.0mm/s under extreme pressure conditions, which is 30% lower than the industry standard.
High-efficiency Operation Characteristics
Our products are equipped with backward-facing airfoil blades, with an aerodynamic efficiency of 82%, which is 15-20% higher than ordinary forward blade fans. Tests at the 10000Pa operating point show that the isentropic efficiency exceeds 75%, which is 8% higher than similar products.
Wide Temperature Range Adaptability
The operating temperature range of our products is -30℃ to 450℃. The high-temperature products are made of heat-resistant steel. They can run continuously for 1000 hours at 400℃ with a performance degradation of less than 3%.
